Audio Deals Alert is a notification service that monitors Thomann product catalog and alerts users when products become available as B-Stock (discounted items). The service is provided free of charge to users.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Create an account with a valid email address
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Availability

Audio Deals Alert strives to provide reliable service, however:

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
  • Notification delivery timing is not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for product availability or pricing on Thomann
  • B-Stock items may sell out quickly and we cannot guarantee availability

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Audio Deals Alert participates in the Thomann affiliate program. When you click on product links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps us maintain and improve our free service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Access the service through automated means (bots, scrapers)
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
  • Use the service to spam or harass others

  • Timeliness of notifications
  • Availability of B-Stock products
  • Accuracy of pricing information from Thomann
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Limitation of Liability

Audio Deals Alert and SAS Boring Vic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to missed purchase opportunities, lost profits, or data loss.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
  • Remove your account without notice for abusive behavior
  • Modify or discontinue the service at any time
